Its been 15 years since I first wrote and published my Muskater comic. I just republished it as the second edition for the HKWalls ROOMS event my gallery Yeah!Nah! is part of.

About

Muskater is a skater fan post-apocalyptic dystopian horror comedy story of a mummified skater who is awakened by a prophecy and doomed to roll the streets alone for eternity. The vice is that Muskater can pull gnarly skate maneuvers with out risking his life because he is already dead.

"Muskater and the Golden Scarab Beettle" is the first comic written and illustrated in 2010 by myself Rhys Turner and is its second edition of print while the second episode is written but is not illustrated hence this push to get me back into drawing it again. The artwork will be used for the comic and future video game I am building. Wish me luck as I draw a new Muskater illustration each day.

There is also a video game I'm producing which I installed a beta of into the gallery. So stay tuned for that too.

Muskater 2D endless runner based on tutorials by Jesse Freeman which provides the basic mechanics and interaction. Aditional original art and gameplay (to do) extends the demo with gestures, comic and story telling along with other features.
